Service Description

The basic fee for a home owner or builder is $350. Plan4 will visit your home and/or site for around 2 hours and have a detailed discussion with you about how you (plan to) heat and cool your house, how it's built or will be built, durability, and so on. Plan4 will then use a detailed checklist and inspection of your existing home or house plans to make concrete suggestions about: - building to keep the weather out in a changing climate - keeping the heat in during winter and out during summer - evaluating vulnerabilities and protections from storms, wind and fire - using natural features for energy savings and protection - understanding ecology in your neighborhood and beyond - assigning dollar costs to sustainability solutions The result will be a detailed report on sustainability strategies and associated costs. We can refer you to trusted contractors and manage upgrades too.
